Exit 12 is an eclectic jazz quintet based in Hastings on Hudson: Glenn Babakian plays trombone in jazz and classical venues. Mark Kaufman plays jazz, R&B and Jewish music on tenor and soprano saxophones, clarinet and bass clarinet. Matt Tilles studied guitar at the Berklee College of Music and after focusing on computer consulting, picked up music again five years ago. Joshua Sherwood is an aspiring (and inspiring) electric bass player with an affinity for Jazz, Rock, and R&B and has played with industry veterans such as Joey Berkley, Sarah Jane Cion, and Chris Parker. Bill Reeve has played drums with many of the great names in jazz. Sometimes raucous, often joyful, always new. Recordings from a live performance can be found on SoundCloud.
